"What’s the deal? when a U joint went out on one of our trucks. I had it fixed at your shop because your shop was convenient to where it broke down and the price estimate was reasonable. When Urgent Care called to tell us it was finished, everyone else around my office was busy so I came to pick up the truck myself. To my surprise, it had been vacuumed out and a latch on the side of the dump box that had not worked for years was working like new. I had previously been told that repairing it would be very expensive. I checked my repair invoice to see how much extra I was charged for the repair. I remembered that In the lobby, picking up their car before me, was another guy who was very happy because his power antenna was had miraculously started working when he had his car serviced at your shop last time. There were no extra charges for my latch repair! When I asked the receptionist about it, she stated with a smile that they have somone that test drives each vehicle and fixes easy stuff like that for our customers at no extra charge.
