This is a one on one appointment where we can address the automotive concerns you may have about your vehicle including potential repairs both large and small including updates you have been thinking about making to your vehicle. No high-pressure sales from anyone at Urgent Care. Our goal is to educate. The customer defines the objectives of the consultation. We understand that your car is important to you. Cars provide all of us with our freedom, secure transport and comfort. To many of us, our car is also a form of expression. We simply let you know how we can help and you decide.

 

What issues can be addressed?

- An annoying squeak or rattle that has been bothering you for months. A window or door that squeaks or sticks.

- Why does your car pull to one side when you apply the brakes? Do your brakes pulsate? Oil leaks? Water leaks?

- Is your “check engine light” on or flashing? Can a worn, broken or torn seat be fixed?

We can go over what it will take to get your car to a point that will satisfy your personal needs and comfort requirements, whether you are trying to just get by safely for a few months at an affordable price or are a more particular customer who prefers top-notch service. We offer many quality services that other facilities do not offer in one location, including making your vehicle safe, making it more fuel-efficient or faster, detailing, 24hr towing & emergency road service along with secure vehicle storage. At Urgent Care, multiple services can be done during one appointment. In addition, we offer affordable, on-site vehicle rental or free local shuttle service by appointment whenever your vehicle is scheduled for services lasting more than one hour.
